- Each person for themselves doesn't matter if patient safety is compromised, as long as i get my responsibilities done. - Messy management - No Structured work environment - Low Salary, that's why u see most of the workers are immigrant just trying to get their foot in the door then leave after a while (i'm pretty sure 80% of their workforce are under temporary work visa)
