Lack of focus within projects, not much opportunity to grow with company, micromanagement at its worst, at any point in time I have 2-5 people telling me what to do and have no idea where they are in the management hierarchy, inattentive management - will do nothing until prompted multiple times, doesn't challenge or utilize scientists and doesn't understand why the scientists don't stay long, very little communication.
