Very outdated mentalities. Cheil employees wear their lack of work life balance like a badge of honor. It’s not the fun type of hustle culture, it’s the toxic kind. Leadership hires and fires people more than any other agency I’ve ever seen. It’s an operational mess. No paid sick time. Unqualified leaders. Zero boundaries. Just bad.

Medical, vision, dental, and overall health care coverage is great

Kontras

no cons regarding health care. There are two types: high deductible and low deductible. If you choose high deductible you will pay almost nothing

favoritism is big here, a lot of the CD's can't actually give good direction and regularly tank our chances for pitches
