Good staff, Hours, nearly minimum wage for servers, Good Atmosphere, Good Customers, Regular Customers, Management was decent, 50s music, free uniforms.
Kontras
Tips are low even if your a good server, Lots of young kids that can't tip, No busers or runners, Customers don't really know how much to tip because its a family, burger restaurant. You have to do a lot of side work and get $100 on a Weekend shift if your lucky. Really the tips are the problem. Kitchen staff makes next to nothing. No smoking on job, few breaks.
