Product roadmap became stale, more line extensions and less investment in innovation. After acquisition, even less investment. Losing market share to low cost copy-cats. Eliminated marketing as a way to differentiate the brand.

overworked with no care about your personal life
they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
