      Pros

      Worked at CKP for a very long time (too long), the place was like family. Over the years there was allot of misguided leader ship that sent the company down the wrong path. Recently there has been allot of good positive change, starting to see more of the family based grass roots of the old place.

      kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

      Kontras

      overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
