I don't know what to start with. Read this review carefully and you'll thank me later. I spent a few years at this company and all what I can say it's the worst place anyone can work with. PLEASE JOIN THE COMPANY IF: - You want to see hiring criteria based on the looks/preferences and not the skills - You want to work with a toxic management who would chase you 9:00 am in the morning on a weekend or chasing you midnight - You want to work with incompetent department heads who can't run a simple math formula and have no clue about their core job - You want to deal with a people team who doesn't talk to people and always not available - You want to get stuck in your career and see annual performance reviews done based on preferences or politics - You want to see your colleagues looking for jobs everyday because they see terminations all over the place. Only incompetent people stay because they can hide their poor skills - You get fired if you say your opinion, simply and don't expect any listening sessions or investigation - You want to work in a regional office that's purely disconnected from the global company - they have their own policies, own rules, own management - You want to have your work branded and promoted under other leaders names
