Cronies in leadership team, clear favoritism, lack of empathy, poor and immature leadership, if you’re good in bootlicking the HODs you are safe! No one genuinely cares about employees feedback, all the publicity and talks abt employees feedback being important, leadership try their hardest to identify individuals who provided the negative comment and go after them! **WARNING: Do not join this company if you want to keep your mental sanity, this place will mess with your head big time**

Good salary, thats about it

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
