Regrettably, my experience with the company's culture has been disappointing. There seems to be a disconnect between the top management and the rest of the staff. Layoffs have become a distressingly common occurrence, often transpiring without prior warning. Additionally, the lack of empathy displayed by management during these difficult times is concerning. Comments such as 'the layoffs are beneficial for the company' are not only insensitive but also disregard the impact on employees, especially when layoffs coincide with significant holidays like Christmas in 2023. This disregard for the personal lives of employees, many of whom have families and children, is disheartening. Moreover, it's disheartening to note that such comments from top management are considered normal, as they interact with employees who are primarily concerned about trivial matters like the consistency of the free lunch offerings. It's profoundly sad to witness individuals in their 40s and above showing more interest in the lunch menu mere days after witnessing the departure of their colleagues. This stark lack of empathy and perspective only adds to the toxic atmosphere within the workplace, contributing to a pervasive sense of demotivation among employees.

Good salary, thats about it

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
