This platform is used by job seekers so truth is paramount. This place brings out the worst in people no matter how good they were to start with. You simply have to look at how many leaders (especially female) have left CKO to go on to other companies and thrive! Some of the ways I have seen the company reward bad behaviour: - Promotions and praise for sacrificing personal values to toe the company line - Perks (including trips abroad) for betrayals of friends and colleagues. Example, Ibiza, New York, Dubai - Huge bonuses for the sycophants while everyone else suffers - Encouraging poor Sales practices by spreading fear in Control divisions and making their leaders disappear. - Encouraging promiscuous and cultish behaviour by public endorsement (Linkedin or otherwise), sometimes even by the CEO Good leaders will invariably suffocate. If you are a good person, no amount of money, travel or title inflation will be worth breathing in the poisonous air at this place. Speak to former employees and in candid private conversations, I have not heard anyone ever recommend working here.
