-Proactive hiring style (you will hear back within 2 days of the onsite interview with a "yes, we want you" or "no, we don't want you"). -Gives people with no experience a chance. A lot of companies are putting out insane professional experience requirements for entry level positions. -Typical benefits -Catered lunch system

-Pay tends to be low and caps early on and all compensation adjustments have to be approved by the IL head quarters -System of overtime requiring "pre-approval." Usually this just means you work 8 hours a day and go home (which is nice), but sometimes managers introduce crunch deadlines and squeeze uncompensated overtime. -Career advancement in the CA office for developers is limited.
