Kontras
I had one of the worst professional experiences of my life at this company. From day one, training was disorganized and incomplete, with no proper onboarding or guidance. My team leader and management were rarely present in the office, leaving me without clear direction or feedback during the most critical initial weeks. After just two weeks, I was told to start working “normally,” despite not having received proper training. Every month, I received negative comments comparing me unfavorably to previous employees, which was very discouraging and demotivating. Despite this, I stayed for over a year and three months, consistently showing commitment and taking on extra work including weekends and night shifts , to support my team when a coworker faced personal issues. Still, my efforts were dismissed as “not enough.” Eventually, management acknowledged my dedication and offered me to transfer to another position, saying they valued my effort and attitude. However, they rejected every position I applied for, even for junior-level roles. Overall, this company (at least for this position ) lacks proper training, fair evaluation, and support for employees who genuinely care and work hard. I've heard that the experience was completely different in other positions inside this company
