Pros
Friendly environment, full of fantastic people who get on well and know what they are talking about! There are no freeloaders and everyone pulls their weight. The office is fantastic. It's comfortable and spacious, with all the best equipment needed (except the data server, which is a little temperamental). It's a great environment to work in, especially considering the great clients we get to work with too. Managers are friendly and care about your wellbeing, supporting you to get everything done and excel. They are also generous too, with bonuses and rewards across the year.
Kontras
With it being a small agency, sometimes it's hard to talk about issues when they arise, because of how close knit the team is. With the company being the size that it is, there aren't obvious career paths available, but the management are open to conversations about new opportunities and with the business growing at the rate that it is, there may well be more opportunities as time goes on. There is also a need for more consistent processes within the teams, but this is being worked on and is improving.
