Terrible place to work - Account Manager bei Chartboost: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've been working for Chartboost for 2 years and a half and my experience was terrible. The company had a good management pre-acquisition but has been on sharp decline months over months after it. The product is completely unstable, the culture is toxic and employees, especially in Europe, are treated poorly. The benefits displayed on the websites only apply to the US office. There is no synergies between departments, employees are completely demotivated and clients are running away
