They do not up pay for armed work, unarmed and armed get paid the same based on your rate.
THEY DO NOT PROPERLY TRAIN YOU AT ALL! THEY MAKE YOU WATCH A VIDEO WHERE A SECURITY GUARD WRONGFULLY SHOOTS SOMEONE AND A COP GET CHASED BY A CRAZY GUY WITH A KNIFE.
