Having worked at a competitor previously I am glad I took the leap. I feel that Management actually have things together and the line managers & HR want to help you learn and progress your career.

Sometimes there is a disconnect between engineers and I think this may be due to the new Service Desk Management team who started recently. I'm sure this small thing will improve.
