No more “grocery card” or “you called me!” leads. Great coworkers with similar values and mindset. Working at home can be isolating. Management cares about us bonding as a team. We get a budget monthly to bond with coworkers and are flown out often for company get togethers and an annual retreat.

Since it’s a startup, there’s lots of required overtime during AEP which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

I was lied to about compensation and the ability to earn what I was making prior to joining. What the recruiter told me versus what actually was true did not line up. Also horrible AEP hours
