Change Machine hires exceptional people. The largest pro is the people we work with. If you start at the bottom you can get to the top fast because people keep leaving.

The mental exhaustion of keeping a straight face about the state of the organization and the commitment to the staff. The expectation is that you will swallow the lies and follow blindly. Trying to do good work with limited support and resources. Large-scale projects that are not staffed properly. Having almost as many consultants as staff because priorities of staffing and direct hires are placed on the back burner. Fear that your career will be impacted and ruined by association.
