Management in it's entirety, this wasn't always the case but we have been left with individuals who don't know the meaning of the word. HR and in particular HR management, again I think this department needs to google the terminology behind Human Resources. Work life balance, this of course depends on the department but in general, there is none. Pay, really it has to be one of the worst paid businesses in Ireland especially when you find out what the equivalent workers are getting paid on the mainland.
