Lead me on for two months with a job offer. - Senior Designer bei CertainTeed: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I interviewed with this company. Beat out 7 people for a position. Interview twice. They loved me, (I had work there previously on contract). I was offered the job signed 19 documents. given a start date. Then all of a sudden they want references. I gave 6 solid references, mostly working, management folks. They told me I had developmental needs. Really. I am 59, I think this says it all. Offer was rescinded.
