Colleagues around the business who are genuine loyal and hard working people. Used to have some shift flexibility if your Regional Manager refrained from needlessly intefering in your branches affairs.

New owners and CEO!! Absolutely horrific people to work for! No care for colleagues nor their mental health given they have made circa 30-40% of the business redundant. CEO would filibuster Teams meeting by deliberately using corporate jargon talking points to deny colleagues the opportunity to voice concerns. Business reliant on a secondment program otherwise many branches would have their doors closed. Lone working is considered the norm with little protection for colleagues. Health & safety is at the bottom of the new owners priorities. Worked at CTD for nearly 2 decades and although it was never a fantastic place to work, under the new owners it's absolutely dismal.
