Stressful, confusing, worked a lot

They pay is high and you'll spend most of your day doing nothing.

The pay has to be high because this place is an absolute disaster. The culture throughout the company is intensely negative and it perpetuates down from the top. Before I had even been hired the owner spent a good hour talking poorly about his own employees and bragging about himself. If you work here you'll be working hard to try and live up to the expectations of a confused man child boss. When he isn't bragging about himself or talking poorly about his employees behind their backs he's staring blankly at the wall while everyone in the room stares confused at him. After working there for two weeks I had 3 days where I performed actual work. The rest of it was spent in a filthy tiny white room, staring at the walls wishing I hadn't taken this job. The pay is so high because no one would stay there otherwise. Be warned -- if you value your happiness, your sanity or a positive work life, avoid this place. It isn't worth the paycheck.
