      Pros

      Century First actually does something good for their customers. What a nice change of pace for the average salesman. The owners are on-site, work very hard themselves and actually listen to their employees' feedback. The business is growing, expanding and evolving. I am treated very well here and I see that hard work and dedication are rewarded. I'm actually happy to go to work in the morning.

      You can make an acceptable living here, but don't expect the huge over-inflated commissions that your average telescammer is used to. This is an honest company trying to help people in debt. The margins are relatively low so we can actually HELP people through a financial challenge rather than just being an additional source of debt.

      Pros

      There's a lot of approachability at the top of the company. If you have a good idea, the owners are willing to try it out and see. It really feels like they care about you as people. Also, no commission caps, which allows you to make a killing if you work hard. A great environment to work.

      Salary plus commission structure may be stressful for some people, but I've never had a problem making a livable wage.

      Pros

      very good experience in learning sales & decent compensation. I would rather have okay pay, more than enough to get by with great learning in sales that would i can improve on later. sales will always be a hard industry, not a lot of companies are hands on like this company

      get done almost 9PM, but that's the industry when people are home & best time to reach
