There is a 100% turnover rate at the Mobile Alabama warehouse and it is because of the bad management. You will be unappreciated You will be overworked You will be underpaid You will be insulted You will be micromanaged You will be treated like an idiot You will feel like your life is wasting away This is a miserable place to work
