I could write an essay here but I’ll try to keep it short and down to bullet points: -Company refuses to put in the adequate time and effort to train employees -Product doesn’t sell. The company has literally gone MONTHS without selling anything as a whole. The script to sell the product is also pretty bad. -The product is a software that is clunky, not visually appealing, and not user friendly. It’s like trying to sell the 2007 version of MySpace in 2022 when there’s instagram and Facebook. -No effort in helping the sales team get better. Quota is frequently missed and all they’ll have to say is “try harder”. -Upper management doesn’t care about their employees. You’ll barely see or hear from them. -Company culture overall is just pretty bad. Conversations before meetings feel forced, like everyone knows the company isn’t going to last but they’re just ignoring it. If you’re looking for a company that will grow and you want to stay with long term, DONT JOIN CENTRL. You’ll just waste your time. However, if you are looking for something temporary, I’d say consider centrl as company where you can collect a good paycheck from home for a few months while still continuing your job searches on the side.
