      Pros

      This place is FUN to work at, the people are great, and there are multiple libraries to choose from in the system. I never had a bad manager in my year working here as a system substitute. There is a sense of camaraderie and great personal attention with most of the staff. I LOVE this library!!

      Kontras

      Pay tends to be low, as is usual for a job and career people don't want to leave. The patrons who use the computer labs smell bad and often are part of the homeless population of the region, unfortunately.

      Great for teens and young adults who want to be continually challenged to learn.

      Pros

      Decent-ish pay, plenty of paid time off, ability to pick own schedule- kind of. Good job for gaining experience and no late fees on books ect. Motivates you to find better opportunities.- quickly.

      Managers foster an environment of incompetence in employees, does not reward: critical thinking skills, independence, new ideas and effective employees.
