Inconsistent quality and workmanship based on which office throughout the nation is doing the work. Old school boys club mentality but that is to be expected everywhere in the roofing industry. Leadership preaches that success can only be accomplished if you follow their rules. Thinking outside the box is not welcomed. No CRM System... a lot of time and money are wasted in inefficient processes and redundancies.
