Pros
The community outreach, the mission, and the space is awesome. The fact that nearly the entire institution is young means a lot of growth potential.
Kontras
Nearly the entire staff is new, top down. Management is incapable of dealing with issues outside of near college level structure. There is a lack of instutional knowledge with with many staff who are not qualified for the position they hold and are learning on the job. The current administration is dealing with issues left over by the previous mismanagement and it has left them with significant issues across the board, the most noticeable recent one being monetary.
