      You get to help people and the job is never the same day to day.

      Kontras

      Was a little difficult, when you are helping treat mental health and addiction the stories and the daily struggles can take a toll on you if you are sympathetic or empathetic. Not much room to move up unless you are pursuing a degree.

      make a positive difference in someone's life

      typical cattiness from co-workers in a nearly all female staff environment. BHTs practically run the place top to bottom but get very little , if any , appreciation or recognition.
