Pros

PTO is generous. Mid level staff and counselors are incredible.

Kontras

No communication. Supervisory staff doesn't let anything reach the management team. There is a flat out denial of overtime, paired with a requirement for paperwork and an unbelievable work load many staff are putting on unpaid overtime hours because there is no approval for the extra hours. To be honest, if this information did get to the management team they would simply tell the supervisors to deal with and, no overtime approval. Techs are considered disposable, so none of those concerns are taken seriously. Topher, the CEO is famous for starting a project without considering its impact on the rest of the staff, and the CEO to be, Tami, is twice as bad.

Kontras

typical cattiness from co-workers in a nearly all female staff environment. BHTs practically run the place top to bottom but get very little , if any , appreciation or recognition.
