Hard working individuals that are extremely dedicated.

I can not think of any cons.

The only thing I liked about this company and position is they offered remote setting.

No proper traning, no leadership, no management, everyone tried to figure out how to do his/her job alone without much support. It was the most disorganized chaotic company I've ever worked for, and the most horrific experience I had.
