Poor training, metrics are insane they can careless about your concerns and want you to be robots, constant changes which is fine but the changes add more work and they don’t make it better for employees, lack of care for employees with personal life, salary pay, over worked, people constantly leaving, and micromanaging. There is no room for growth with this company.
