Pros
The pay is good, there are a few honest, caring Managers. The paid time off is a good amount for the needed time away from the grind.
Kontras
Opportunities for advancement are not equal. Some staff are able to move into positions that are created for them. These postitions are often not posted so other staff with the same knowlege or experience are not able to apply. Special arrangements are made for certain staff to work from home while the same department staff are told that working at home is not an option.
