Pros

Nothing. They want you to lie to consumers about prices and options. They lie to the employee about job titles and promotions. Run you around the state or states and do not care about your work life balance.

Kontras

There are no promotions. Fake titles. No salary to go along with those fake titles. They pay you based on arbitrary bonuses so they can "demote you" when it fits their bottom line budget. If you enjoy lying to people about products and services, then this is the place for you. On average they charge the consumer $50 more per phone than you'd pay for online or at a real verizon. Scam artists and thieves. They hate people with a moral code or compass.
