I understand the importance of having a reliable support system, particularly when you are going through tough times and although too late now, in the future, I would strongly encourage you to raise any issues before they have a detrimental effect on your personal life. We have so many people here that would have been willing to help and support you, including our Cellnex Colleague Board, our mental health first aiders and wellness teams. I am sad that you did not feel that you could reach out to them for support during the tough time that you obviously were going through at home.
