Pros
There are so many great things about working for Cella but I will try not to write a novel.
Culture: Cella has the best company culture of any company I have worked for. From my experience, most companies that brag about their culture actually have a very toxic working environment. But Cella truly practices what they preach. We have a culture that is fun, inclusive, collaborative, and I feel I can truly be myself with my manager and co workers.
Management: I feel so supported by my direct manager and have had nothing but good experiences with any other managers/ leaders I have interacted with. They really have your best interest at heart and care about you as a person, and want you to succeed.
Work/ Life Balance: Staffing is a very "hustle-oriented" industry. But I feel my time and personal life is valued here with all of the bonus days off and PTO we are offered. Anything that comes up during work hours such as appointments or needing to step away for a bit is never met with any push back or negativity.
Compensation: I feel that my base salary is competitive within the industry and I see the potential to to really build upon that with our commission structure.
Kontras
The only thing I have experienced is that there seems to be some disconnect between Recruiters and Sales teams here. A lot of our sales people don't come from a staffing background and so I don't feel they always understand how the recruiting side works and how it all has to flow together.
