No salary increases since January 2023 Team is in autopilot mode, the previous manager left in February 2024, there is no manager since then. Leadership team is talking about good numbers but no one got any raise. CEO promised a raise to everyone multiple times, but nothing happened, now the leadership team is phisically avoiding meetings with the engineering team. HR people don't respond when the team reaches out.
