Good benefits, nice and inclusive culture.
Kontras
Pay is substandard for the geographic area. Non-scientific employees are seen as clogs by upper management and not seen as valuable. Culture is very academic centric, lots of emphasis on publishing . Upper management prefers younger employees so unless you get into a management position you're unlikely to build a career at CST.
