The company offers employment opportunities and makes it easy for workers to transfer to a different sector of the company. Supervisors are supportive and easy to talk to.

The only con is that most of the youth and families Cedars works with are going through crisis. This can be a stressful part of the job but the ability to help families in need makes the stress worth it.
