As any acquisition, there are changes. Change is difficult, especially when you're a tenured employee. If you're coming on as a new hire, you won't even be bombarded with too much change. Sometimes you are expected to work weekends for conferences, consumer events, etc. On average, 1-2 weekends a quarter (not terrible).
