Software doesn’t work - Sales bei Cayuse: Mitarbeiterbewertung

When I worked there, the software didn’t work and there were a lot of unhappy customers. Research suite was built on acquisitions and applications didn’t speak to one another. Forced customers through ‘modernization’ which was basically a new implementation and data was lost/not transferred properly. Instead of fixing the problem, they just kept laying off management. I loved my boss and coworkers were great. CEO was terrible.
