Due to incompetence in management, company did not pay any employees for 2 months and allowed health and dental coverage to lapse. Company reorganized position out of existence with zero communication, warning, or notice. Communication from management was nearly nonexistent during entire tenure with the company. Sole retirement “benefit” is stock options which have no value and cannot be exercised as company is not publicly traded. For 3 years, there was talk of organizing an in-person get together which never materialized.
