Good Company to work for a lot of growth

Small company but, fun environment

The managers were friendly and willing to help. It was a pretty laid back, independent job.

The President told me I would have enough projects to keep me busy for at least the whole year. Because of that, I rejected multiple full-time W-2 job offers. I also enjoyed the work I was doing. Shortly after he told me this I didn't hear from him or his partner for multiple weeks. Radio silence. Then, I finally got an email saying, "we brought someone on who can work in office full-time but you can finish the projects you started." I was working remote from PA but I had no idea they were looking for someone to replace me just because I couldn't work in the office. Anyway, I told them I'd like to finish the projects I started. But, after trying multiple times to get the appropriate information from them in order to finish the projects, they ghosted me. I haven't heard anything for over a month now so I assume I am cut out.
