Catalyst has been such an amazing place to work and grow over the last few years. Our on-the-ground teams within the clinics are so dedicated and intentional. Management is there to protect and train and mentor their employees. Sadly, over the last couple years I don't think the exec director was actually very involved and it brought a bad taste into people's mouth when discussing corporate. So I could not be happier to add a review here talking about the new Exec Director in place, Alysha. She's amazing! Good intro to working in behavior.

Employees are burnt out and overworked. Many employees are comfortable speaking negatively about clients and gossiping about clients families while in session with their clients.
