My direct supervisor consistently undermined my effort and provided minimal support which made navigating an already difficult situation even more stressful. The company regularly places managers alone at newly acquired properties with little on boarding or guidance leaving them to navigate complex issues without adequate resources. Additionally managers are often subjected to micromanage and at times to basic behavior from condo association, board members with little to no intervention or support from upper management.
