Pros

Employee discount on great products Store management is good at approving time off requests Given that it's retail, customers are overall pleasant

Kontras

Monthly sales targets are set too high making it difficult if not impossible to receive bonus No clear roadmap in regards to getting promoted When there is no sale, it's very slow(sometimes it's slow when there is a sale going on) and if your numbers dip it's your fault despite the lack of customers coming to the store There's a serious gap in communication between retail and corporate

The WTC office is nice

Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
