- This is a company that is constantly evolving. Every couple months I look back and marvel at how much progress we've made.
- We always have of new interesting problems to solve and it never feels like we're just plugging away at the same old things
- It's a fun atmosphere and there's a deliberate focus on keeping it that way

Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead.
Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
