Poor Leadership - Operations bei Casey's: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Worked for this company going on 15 years. Excelled throughout this career until an external leader was hired in the territory I'm employed. Within less than 2 years I have been systematically targeted and made to feel inadequate, incapable and unwanted. Peers have even mentioned the visible mistreatment I've endured and asked me why it is I'm treated differently. Casey's you can do better and shouldn't allow this to happen. Definitely realize how unimportant I really am. I regret to have given so much of my life to a job.
