Es fühlt sich an wie eine große Familie und die Führungskräfte sind sehr flexibel bezüglich der Arbeitszeiten und Verträge.

Es gibt nicht genügend leitende Führungskräfte, die wissen, wie man Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich deren Fähigkeiten ausbildet und weiterführt. Das Budget sorgt auch manchmal für Probleme.
