Their product is not stable and instead of working on current issues, they’re focused on rolling out new features that no one knows anything about. Communication between teams is a joke with unanswered questions hanging out there in product chat. Hello??! Anyone there? Customers are used to incomplete implementations and support tickets open for months, even years. Yes! You can’t make this stuff up. Word to the wise - if you have any other job option, take it.
